These classes will include some very advanced Kegal like exercises, specific exercises for all ring muscles, and Awareness Through Movement Lessons. These exercises are very powerful on all levels. There will be 4 to 6 classes depending on interest and conditions presented. These may be taken as a series (the best way) or separately. Each class will last 45-60 minutes.

Self Massage
Learn to help yourself with headaches, carpal tunnel, menstrual cramping, stress, joint pain, insomnia and many other conditions.Ther will be 2 classes lasting 45 -60 minutes.

Couples Therapeutic (non-sexual) Massage
Learn to help your partner relax and heal, I will teach you how to give a full body massage on a professional massage table. There are 4 classes. You must bring a partner, 2-4 sheets, 1 or 2 pillowcases; massage lotion or oil (no regular lotion). Couples class will last 1.5 to 2 hours.

Couples Advanced Massage
I will teach you how to address your partners individual needs in regards to acute and chronic areas of pain.Pre requisite beginning couples massage. There will be as many classes as needed.

Face Lift Massage and exercises
Have fun making faces. Learn specific movements, strokes and acupressure points to increase circulation, relieve stress, headaches and look younger and brighter. There will be 2 classes lasting 45-60 minutes.

Awareness Through Movement Lessons
(ATM)
These lessons come from The Feldenkrais Method developed by Moshe Feldenkrais. This method is very hard to describe so I will tell you what it is not. It is not aerobic, steretching, or lifting weights. It is a way to communicate with your nervous system to give your body alternatives to habitual postural patterns that may be causing spasm and pain. It is done sitting in a chair or lying on the floor. It is very slow and gentle creating a meditative experience. This can reduce pain and movement limitations and improve health on many levels. These will be ongoing classes depending on interest, and will be a different lesson each class.
